Question:
Sir, presently I found hypertension  during traveling, So I checked my BP. It was higher 100/160. so I checked blood  and found triglyceride 293mg/dl. So I want to know which exercise, food and medicine for reducing the triglyceride and what types of routine check up I required. My age 33years. wt. 75kg.

You need to be treated for both your high blood pressure and your cholesterol. At your age I would recommend diet & exercise in addition to drug treatment. You may find that a healthy diet and exercise is sufficient!
