Question:
In the past few months I have been tachycardic with a hearth rate always above 100bpm at rest, few days ago I also felt some palpitations and chest tightness, I took and two ECG’s which both had T wave inversions also in V3-V5. I took an Echo which resulted completely normal. Should I take other investigations or Stop there? what are T wave inversions related to?

Palpitations and unexplained tachycardias are never normal. T-wave inversions can range from a serious condition such as a heart attack due to coronary artery disease (CAD). Assuming you are otherwise healthy, it is VERY unlikely you have had an MI or other major cardiac event and not know about it.
Besides an EKG, you also need some blood tests that include checking you for anemia and your thyroid function. You can check also your cardiac risks, unlikely to be a a major factor at your age (<30).
