Question:
Hi im 22 years old, i weigh around 229 and have a belly. I workout a few days a week. Over the last month or so I could see and feel my heart beat in my chest and its scaring me. DO I have anything to worry about? It seems to happen after I eat greasy or fried foods. The heart beat just seems like a normal beat not to slow not to fast.

Your body is giving you the answer: stay away from fired etc. food, start exercising and eat a healthy diet. At your age it is relatively easy to get back in shape, but you have to do the work!
