Question:
39 year old female, had echo done and need more answers with he results: Mild tricuspid regurgitation with top normal pulmonary pressure.(estimated at 31 mmHg). Low normal left ventricular systolic function 50- 55%. What does this all mean?  Is there a heart condition I should be concerned about and can you the pressure up?

What did your doctor tell you? The pressure in the arteries to your lungs is too high. Off hand I would be looking for some form of lung disease such emphysema as a starting point. Otherwise your heart function is normal and the valve leakage minimal and not significant.
