Question:
I have aortic stenosis (aortic valve is functioning at 50%) which causes difficulty breathing during/after activities as simple as watering a garden or vacuming.  Yesterday at rest, my pulse was 128 which also made breathing difficult. Is there anything at all I can do to make breathing easier?I also have mitro valve prolapse and a “loud” murmur.

Patients with symptomatic aortic stenosis (AS) need to have their valve fixed and that includes you! There is no other therapy. AS may also make your mitral valve prolapse worse.
In patients with an otherwise good heart the operation is quite safe and if truly needed as you suggest with your question, will turn your life around.
