Palpitations, fatigue and dizziness
I am concerned that your symptoms of fatigue and lightheadedness/dizziness suggest these palpitations are not benign. If these palpitations are new, the first thing that should be excluded is heart disease. If your symptoms are a result of your palpitations, it means your brain doesn't get enough blood when they happen, hence dizziness. However, if you are still in menopause, some of this can be explained by that condition alone! Nonetheless, I believe you should ask your doctor for a Holter monitor and stress test in addition to the tests you already had.
Hope this helps,
