Question: 
Dear Sir,My 50 yrs old father is having bicuspid aortic valve,recently diagnosed aortic severe stenosis,suggested for valve replacement surgery PSG-69, Forward velocity-4.16 m/s.but due to financial problem we are not able to bear operation cost.need your suggestion that can we wait for 2 to 3 years for operation at this condition.is there any medicine to delaying progression of stenosis or reversing it.need your valuable support regarding this issue.

There are no medicines for this type of (mechanical) problem. Blood thinners and afterload reducers can protect the body temporarily, but not not with this type of severe stenosis!
