Are 11,000 pvcs dangerous?

Good evening i recently had a 24hr holter monitor, it came back with over 11,000 pvcs with about 20% of them occuring between 3-5pm. This number scares me because the last holter i had was 4 yrs ago and only showed 1400. the doctor seemed ok with this number, also i wasnt doing very much activity at all on this day with the 11000 pvcs, mostly resting since i didnt sleep much the night before. I spent most of the day napping or just taking it easy on the sofa, that being said would there have been an increase in my pvcs if i had of been up walking around and doing more strenous activity. Should i be concerned about this increase of pvcs.

Hi Jackie,
It is not only the number of PVCs that matter, but other factors as well, most importantly the effect they have on you!
