Today I will start a new category, recipes. I want to put my money where my mouth is and eat what I recommend to you out there. The idea is to publish a heart healthy recipe that is both good for you and delicious. Many more to come, including cooking videos!
I picked an Italian dish, will prepare it for diner tonight and tell about it in a review afterwards. I am an average cook, so picked nothing exotic to make. The original recipe called for Kebabs, but I prefer to eat my chicken pounded flat and grilled quickly. Each serving only contains a little over 200 calories, and is low on fat, carbs, cholesterol and salt.
I will drink a glass (or two) of red wine to go with it and anticipate a delicious meal!
