PVC, exercise PVCs, Palpitations and heart disease
PVCs before, during or after exercise, are no threat unless your echocardiogram shows left ventricular ejection fraction below 40 or you have right bundle branch block on EKG. Patients with PVCs often have a higher prevalence bundle branch blocks. If you have a normal heart otherwise, you don't have to worry about it.
