Precordial catch syndrome

I am quite sure I have precordial catch syndrome but this pain has been lasting for days. Is it possible for precordial catch syndrome to last that long?

Hi Princeton,
If you read about precordial catch syndrome, you'll learn there is no way to (dis)prove its existence. Therefore I cannot judge what your chest pain is all about, since you haven't mentioned any symptoms, nor what tests have been done. Any physician involved would try to exclude a serious cause, such as your heart, lungs etc. Treatment depends on what is found. I assume you have had some if not all of these tests and have been told there is nothing seriously wrong with you.
Hope this helps,
Dr T
