A low score has little meaning and I don't recoomend using this test as there are better alternatives.
- Hereditary factors,
- High lood pressure,
- Exercise (lack of).
However, even this low Ca score means you may have some evidence of early atherosclerosis a high cholesterol. If so, you'll have a higher risk of coronary artery disease that my cause angina and a heart attack. You can calculate this here.
At your age you should look at what it takes to live a heart-healthy life style.
