Heart disease occurs at your age, but is still unlikely, pending other risk factors such as diabetes, cholesterol, smoking and your family's history of heart disease. Your BMI = 27.4, meaning you much too heavy.

A non-cardiac reason for chest pain in women is a heavy bosom. If so, better support (and certainly weight loss) would help you a lot.
