When was your pacemaker last checked? With all other tests normal, the next step is to make sure that your pacemaker is sensing & pacing properly. Another thing I am somewhat concerned about is that new arrhythmias may be a symptom of coronary artery disease in your transplanted heart. The way to examine this with an exercise ECHO, Coronary angiography, Nuclear (thallium/sestamibi)or Dobutamine stress echocardiography, or an Intravascular ultrasound.
