Is Heart Failure possible in a young woman?
No. I don't think your evaluation is complete. I cannot judge whether there is a causal relationship with Lyme disease, but your Vtach is very symptomatic and looks poorly controlled. Likewise, your ECHO is not normal and the pressures in your lung arteries a little high.
These are all points that require further study and treatment. I suggests you find yourself a cardiologist who specializes in EP.
Meanwhile, there are some things you can do to lessen the frequency of these PVCs. They include avoiding caffeine, nicotine and other toxins.
