Abnormal EKG with Multiple Ventricular Premature complexes, Wide QRS
W/o the real EKG I'd be concerned this may be part of WPW syndrome (see below). Whether true or not, this finding razes a concern of potentially fatal heart rhythms:
Sometimes symptoms include dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, and fainting (syncope). Until further investigated it is wise to hold off on strenuous exercise until seen by a specialist.
